The story of our MJ (Miracle Joey) is certainly a miracle. We prayed over her every day, and every day she made small steps of progress, from lifting her head to hooning around the back yard. 2 weeks ago she was moved to another home where there are faciltities for her further healing and rehabilitation. We had to let her go and become a wild child once more. We Rescue, Rehabilitate and then Release. She has a new friend called Polly and togther as BFF's they are learning how to be free and wild while still being under supervision and care. We are blessed enough to be able to visit her and get cuddles. She certainly brought many blessings and much Joy into our lives. She taught us a lot about ourselves - perseverance, commitment, endurance, hope, love and joy.
We thank God He brought our precious MJ into our lives. She gave us back so much more than we ever did for her. We love her so much, she has touched our hearts and lives so deeply. Letting her go was so hard, but seeing her happy and having a kangaroo joey BFF and doing things joey's should be doing brings comfort to our hearts.
