It was a beautiful day in Albany on the South Coast of Western Australia for the Albany Oyster Festival, the mastermind of Dan Sharp our HideAway Infusion Chef. We bought our VIP (we had # 5&6) tickets, encouraged our HideAway Haven guests to check in early and excidely headed to Ayres Park. What an amazing job Dan Sharp!! It was awesome. With guest chef's Don Hancey and Poh, local wines, Bush Food Tucker, live music and lots of oysters, we had a great time.
As VIP guests we had a private cooking demonstration and some amazing food from Fervor Food and Sharp Infusion fine catering. The Bloody Mary that Don Hancey made using Limeburners Vodka was OMG!! We are excitedly looking forward to next year.
