Cancellation policy: We well understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that we and our guests are treated fairly.
1. In the event of confirmed cancellation prior to 14 days before your arrival date you may incur a $50 fee.
2. In the event of confirmed cancellation within 14 days of your expected arrival date we will of course attempt to re-let the room. If we are able to re-let the room then you may only be charged a $50 fee, otherwise the first night's accommodation will be charged.
3. In the event of confirmed cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date you will be charged for the accommodation booked, less monies we recoup by re-letting the room.
4. In the event of a failure to show on the booked date we will continue to hold your booking and charge you for those nights. We will not attempt to re-let your room until we are notified.

Check in 3pm and check out 10am or later by prior arrangement.
